Cancellations & Returns
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy.
Note: Each of our products is 100% handcrafted with great care to ensure accuracy. Since all items are made-to-order, production begins only after you place your order. This means we incur material and production costs once processing starts. If you cancel outside the free cancellation window, a restocking and craftsmanship fee (varies by product) will apply.
Cancellation Policy

Cancelling within 48 hours of purchase:

If you cancel within 48 hours, you’ll receive a full refund as production has not fully begun.

Cancelling after 48 hours:

After 48 hours, production is already in progress. A partial refund will be issued after deducting a restocking and craftsmanship fee. (Expedited orders and shipping fees are fully refundable.)

Cancelling after the order has shipped or been received:

If you return an item due to non-quality reasons, a partial refund will be issued (excluding expedited order and shipping fees). Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the return is due to a quality issue, please email us with proof within 3 days of receiving your item. We’ll assist with warranty service or provide a refund if you prefer.

Return Conditions
✅ Eligible Quality Issues:

Major defects in metal or craftsmanship (e.g., broken prongs, band breakage, loose or missing stones).

Significant difference between the actual product and your order.
🚫 Non-Quality Issues (Not Eligible for Free Return):

Personal preference (e.g., not liking the design, stone pattern, color, or size).

Damage caused by improper handling, chemicals, or external force.

Natural variations in stone patterns or differences in perceived size.
📌 If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer covers return shipping costs. If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we will cover the shipping fees.
Orders NOT Eligible for Returns
🚫 Customized Products: Engraved items, custom designs, special gemstones, or any modifications beyond standard product options.
🚫 Special Materials/Gemstones: Items made from 950 platinum, black gold, salt & pepper diamonds, or lab-grown diamonds cannot be returned or exchanged.
🚫 Damage Caused by Customer: We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to mishandling.
🚫 Orders Outside the U.S. & Canada: We currently do not accept returns from other regions.
🚫 Repaired or Modified Items: Items that have been altered or repaired by a third party are not eligible for return.
Return Process

If your item has not been shipped, we will process a direct refund.

If your item has been delivered, contact our support team for a return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer a 30-day exchange policy.
Before Receiving Your Item

We provide free services like resizing, engraving, or swapping the center stone for another of the same size and price.

If you want to change the metal type or upgrade the center stone, an additional fee applies.
After Receiving Your Item

For quality issues, we’ll exchange the item for free—just contact us within 3 days.

For personal preference exchanges, a 30% fee applies (excluding any custom modifications).
📌 Exchange Process: Pay the exchange fee, return the original item, and we’ll begin crafting your new piece once received.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year free warranty covering any quality issues related to craftsmanship, such as:
✅ Loose or missing stones
✅ Broken prongs
✅ Other structural defects
🚫 What’s NOT covered?

Discoloration due to chemicals, cosmetics, or improper storage.

Lost or stolen jewelry.

Damage from wear & tear (e.g., bent prongs, loose stones over time).

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Oxidation, scratches, or dents from daily use.
📌 All fine jewelry requires proper care. Rings, in particular, endure daily wear and may need periodic maintenance.
Resizing
We offer 90 days of free resizing on most rings.
📌 Sizing Guidelines:

Rings can typically be resized up or down by one size without compromising durability.

If your ring needs resizing beyond one size, we recommend a remake (30% fee applies).

If your ring doesn’t fit, we suggest visiting a local jeweler for a quick adjustment.

📌 All returned items must be in original, unworn condition without any scratches, marks, or damage. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline the return.
